- Roasted Duck Breast Salad with Hoi Sin and Plum Dressing
- Smoked Salmon terrines served on a bed of Cucumber with a Balsamic Crème

- Fresh Tomato and Basil Soup with Garlic Croutons and served with a warm Bread Roll and Butter
